Kitchenware pottery, poured-, turned- & hand thrown ceramics, Delft ware. Pottery factory/Aardewerkfabriek De Vink continued in 1949 as De Amstel. And proceded in 1951 in Zeist by the Aalten brothers as Pottery factory/Aardewerkfabriek Inka (Inca, derived from Inca decoration tradition). Established in Vroomshoop between 1964-1983.

Arnhemse Fayencefabriek, this ceramics factory from Arnhem produced decorative art & dinnerware, like bonbon dishes, smoke and liqueur sets, etc. and occasional - souvenir pottery (ashtrays for the Amsterdam Olympic Games 1928), 4 beautiful shaped tea sets but of poor quality. Related to Zuid Holland, de Distel (elegant & simple) and Rozenburg (amforen), Klaas Vet,  part of the mat glaze development. Mass production of single pieces high gloss kitchenware use pottery for chains, aardewerkfabriek/pottery factory Bos prizes are low because of extreme mechanization. In 1987 de Driehoek take over by Bos. De Driehoek kept its own name, but gets Bos' identity.

Since 1988 name "Circle Design". Now Newland Pottery.

The Maastricht' pottery factory/ aardewerkfabriek N.A. Bosch only existed for 13 years. Started this ceramics factory in imitation of  Petrus Regout. Made unpainted, painted & printed pottery of good quality, with decoration names like Petlamb, Willow and Swiss Fountain.

Brantjes en Co., Firma Weduwe N.S.A.       


Weduwe Brantjes en Co, this pottery factory started with Delft ware imitations, later colourfull decorations, like portraits and a nature inspired Art Nouveau-style. Impressionists landscape, copied from paintings decorations and hatched paintings on cream coloured ceramics, only done by the most talented artists, like Boeziek. Willem C. Brouwer, pottery factory called Vredelust, created art pottery in Art Nouveau-style, clay modelling, (after 1927 almost only) building- & garden ceramics in terra cotta. Brouwer's: pure handicraft potters techniques, like the hand turn and moulding work, slipware, sgrafitto and stamp- en inlay techniques, with folk pottery as his inspiration. Decorative artist Theodoor Colenbrander designed between 1884 and 1889 for Rozenburg, new models for jugs, vases and plates. New waving shapes in designs, like the knobs in bamboo, inspired by the oriental Far East. Turban-jugs, vases with covers similar to the Turkisch minaret. Mark/backstamp: full name or dutch (red, bleu and white) flag.

In the beginning Plateelbakkerij de Distel, this pottery factory made colourfull decorative art pottery in the Rozenburg style, Decorative tiles for on the wall (copies of paintings and images), advertising- & commemorative tile sceneries, Celtic influences. De Distel took over pottery factory Lotus of Nienhuis in 1901, Nienhuis’ mat glaze ceramics at an ivory background with changing geometrical ornament-decorations, became the speciality of Distel, clients all over the world! Pottery factory (Studio) Fris produced household kitchenware pottery and luxury use ceramics, like vases, petit four-, pastry- en peanut sets, distinguished itself by good shapes and fresh colours with a shaded glaze, high aesthetical standards. Emphasis on the highest using value, like stacking needs less cupboard room.
